PHR 4784 - Internal Medicine II

4 Credit Hours

This required rotation is designed to further develop students’ knowledge and mastery of skills related to clinical pharmacy practice in the inpatient setting. Students will be responsible for critically evaluating and monitoring patients with a variety of disease states and utilizing resources to formulate appropriate pharmacotherapy care plans for each patient. The rotation will continue to expand students’ abilities to function as a member of a healthcare team.

Prerequisite: Completion of all first, second, and third year pharmacy classes
