ATR 4021 - Field Experience in Athletic Training II

The second of six supervised clinical experiences to provide the student with an opportunity to apply knowledge and skills learned in the classroom in a variety of clinical setting, while also earning the daily concerns and responsibilities of the athletic trainer. This course consists of two seven-week rotations under the direct supervision of a clinical preceptor(s) for a lower extremity, upper extremity, and/or equipment-intensive experience.

Prerequisite: Admission into the ATEP; Permission of the instructor
