HSC 6033 - Capstone Course in Health Sciences3 Credit Hours This course is a culmination of a student’s graduate program of study. Students will formulate and develop a research topic in a relevant area of the Health Sciences. Students will work with a faculty mentor to develop clear description of a clear description of a question or problem and a proposed method of addressing the issue. Students will utilize substantive knowledge required from previous coursework to assist in the research process, utilizing research methods and analytical skills obtained through their master’s curriculum provide the basis for the thesis project. Ascholarly work will result from the project in the form of thesis document, which will be formally presented to faculty and peers.
