Chemistry/Physics

The Department of Chemistry/Physics at PBA seeks to encourage its students to develop mental abilities, to think critically, to integrate Christian faith with their discipline, to understand themselves and their environment through chemistry and physics. The curriculum is designed to provide a major and a minor in chemistry and to satisfy the requirements in chemistry and physics for professional programs in the medical sciences, engineering, and biology. Two courses offered for non-science majors are PHY 1043 - Introductory Physical Science  and PHY 1063 - Acoustics of Music .
