Journalism Practica and/or Labs - 3 Credit Hours

Students must take a total of 3 credit hours of any combination of Journalism practica or labs, which includes JEM 2001 - Production Practicum , JEM 3001 - Production Practicum , JEM 3051 - Newspaper Lab , and JEM 3081 - Yearbook Lab .

Note:

Since students majoring in Communication, Cinema-Television, or Theatre are already required to take COM 3513  as part of their major, they must instead take an additional 3 upper-division credit hours (3000 or 4000 level) from the Department of Journalism and Entertainment Media, i.e. courses with the JEM or JEMV prefix.
