Through coursework and practicum experience, students majoring in Educational Leadership will:
1. Apply competencies and skills of instructional leadership to positively impact student learning.
2. Describe the skills needed to promote leadership for organizational development.
3. Apply competencies and skills of systems leadership to promote success for all students.
4. Integrate spiritual and ethical leadership in school administration
Introduction to Library Research for MS in Educational Leadership Module
The introduction to library research module is designed to prepare you for the research assignments that will be required during your course of study. You must complete this module prior to your first class in the M.S. in educational leadership program at PBA.
