3 Credit Hours (Elective Course)

A study of ministries of churches and church-related agencies in diverse cultural contexts. An examination of the uniqueness of pastoral care, preaching style, and hermeneutics within a cross-cultural, inner-city context. Attention is given to social and dynamic structures to challenge urban ministry, resources for theological reflection, and transformational practice.
