GPLS 1343 - American Federal Government3 Credit Hours This foundations course will provide an analysis of the roles of the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Presidency, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Special emphasis will be placed on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. Additional topics include public opinion, pressure groups, political parties, and the election process.
