ORM 3284 - Mediating Organizational Conflict

4 Credit Hours

This course examines definitions of conflict, conflict resolution processes, and communication strategies and skills to be able to effectively resolve conflict in an organizational setting. In addition, work-related case studies will be used in order to apply and understand the mediation process.

Prerequisite: ORM 4064, ORM 3154, ORM 4074 and ORM 4184.Online course equivalents (E-prefix) are included.
