LDR 5044 - Leadership in the Multicultural Environment

This course examines the way leaders within organizations can lead, and manage the diverse groups of people that make up the current multicultural business community. The course will focus on cultural differences, the global multicultural environment, and how those differences affect the process and practice of leadership workplace of the 21st century. A postmodern approach to multicultural leadership, an integration of faith, and competencies for effective leadership in a global multi-cultural environment will be explored.
