LDR 5094 - Action Research Project4 Credit Hours This course will focus on the context and demonstration of the learner’s attainment of knowledge/skills throughout the program. Methods will be identified that can enhance individual learning and organizational learning. The students will interact with an agency/company within the community and will work with them to identify a need that will provide clarity, growth, opportunity, and sustainability for the organization. The students will develop instruments (surveys/questionnaires, etc.) and will design a plan of action to be used by the organization in their change effort. Students will work with the external organization throughout the timeframe of this course, and the end product will be a formal, professional presentation to the external organization as well as providing the external organization with the well- designed instruments and action plan.
