ORM 1003 - Leadership for Academic Success3 Credit Hours This course provides an introduction to leadership and how personal leadership must be applied to successful in academic life. Adult learners will learn the uniqueness of the PBA and MSL cultures and the academic policies required within the program. They will learn how to self-manage their own degree program including their PEC applications. They will be introduced to academic writing requirements and study skills essential for college level performance. Within this course they will learn how to connect to all resources needed to increase their success as students and their development as leaders.
