ORM 3014 - Group and Organizational Behavior4 Credit Hours This course will examine the interaction of individuals and groups in organizations and the ways in which they affect organizational effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on group dynamics, decision-making, and conflict management, and students will develop strategies for efficient and productive group management.
