BUF 2173 - Principles of Finance3 Credit Hours This course introduces the student to the components of the U.S. financial system including the role of government policy makers, financial institutions, money, and capital markets. Fundamental practices of finance including the analysis of the term structure of interest rates, the time value of money, and principles of stock and bond valuation are also introduced.
Prerequisite: BUS 1183 , ACG 2013 , MAT 1853 Availability: Fall/Spring
