PRX 3242 - Lifestyle and Health2 Credit Hours This course is intended to provide students with a clear understanding of how lifestyle impacts health. It will identify the disease conditions that may arise from certain lifestyle choices and how lifestyle plays a part to maintain optimum health. Lifestyle choices that will be discussed include smoking, nutrition, exercise, and stress. Students will develop a personal plan for a lifestyle that promotes optimum health. The course will also incorporate the biblical bases for the need to take stewardship over the health and welfare of our physical bodies.
