BUM 4053 - Leadership & Ethics3 Credit Hours Leadership and Ethics is a course that examines leadership ethical decision-making in the context of organizations. Various ethical perspectives are discussed with respect to strategic decision-making and the potential ramifications of these decisions. In addition, the student is exposed to various leadership theories with a focus on leadership that can bring transformation to an organization.
