PSY 4043 - Psychology of Religion3 Credit Hours This course explores the major issues, theories, and empirical approaches to the psychology of religion through critical analysis of classic and modern texts and current scientific research in the field. The course investigates religion’s role as a powerful metanarrative that influences beliefs, motivations, behaviors, relationships, and coping strategies at both interpersonal and intrapersonal levels.
