LDR 5093 - Action Research Project3 Credit Hours This course will focus on the context and demonstration of the learner’s attainment of knowledge/skills throughout the program. Methods will be identified that can enhance individual learning and organizational learning. The students will interact with an agency/company within the community and will work with them to identify a need that will provide clarity, growth, opportunity, and sustainability for the organization. The students will develop instruments (surveys/Questionnaires, etc.) and will design a plan of action to be used by the organization throughout the time-frame of this course, and the end product will be a formal, professional presentation to the external organization as well as providing the external organization with the well-designed instruments and action plan.
