LDR 5093 - Action Research Project3 Credit Hours This course focuses on the premise that research is as much a part of the working world as it is a feature of academic preparation and work based learning. Action learning is about seeking in a rigorous manner how to understand and create efficient working practice. The global marketplace demands rapid change which in turn generates demand to conduct research. This course will ask learners to explore how adults can effectively learn in today’s workplace and how organizations can better support and use that learning to power their performance.
