BUS 4303 - Business Strategies3 Credit Hours This is the capstone course for the Business major. This course is designed to help students examine both external and internal environments of an organization, identify key strategic issues, identify and choose from alternative strategies, and defend such decisions. Case histories of domestic and international organizations are examined, and the opportunities for and implications of strategic planning and managerial decision-making are discussed in tandem with the impact of external political, social, and economic factors.
Prerequisite: MAT 1853; Senior standing Availability: Fall/Spring
