BUM 4053 - Leadership & Ethics3 Credit Hours This course examines leadership and ethical decision-making in the context of organizations. Discusses various ethical perspectives relative to strategic decision-making and the potential ramifications of these decisions. Exposes students to various leadership theories with a focus on leadership that can bring transformation to an organization.
