MLS 5713 - Caring, Leading and Developing a Church to Maturity

3 Credit Hours

Students will analyze the skills necessary for leading God’s people, with special emphasis on strategic planning, organizational leadership, team building, leadership development, and ministerial care. MDiv students will also integrate the study of pastoral leadership with a study of 1 Corinthians.
