PHL 5003 - Ontology

3 Credit Hours

Students will study the nature and structure of reality and the philosophical methods for obtaining metaphysical understanding. Related topics include essentialism, nominalism, free-dom and fatalism, personal identity, space and time, and causation. This course offers a model for integrating metaphysics and the Christian worldview, as well as for assessing meta-physical positions that conflict with it.
