CTC 6113 - Transformative Management

3 Credit Hours

Provides the knowledge and a foundation to enhance skills, analyze organizations and effectively lead the appropriate organizational change within a diverse and dynamic environment which is characterized by continuous change and uncertainties. Students will gain a practical awareness and competence in leadership to understand and manage human behavior within the context of change. Attention is given to the ability to inspire self and others, modeling the way, and utilize the skills and attributes of distinguished and effective transformational leaders, using creative thinking and emotional intelligence as the force for influencing and managing change in the organization.
