EOB 5063 - Leading Organizational Behavior Change

This course focuses on the concepts, methods, and theories of organizational change. Current models of change and methods to facilitate, drive, and sustain organizational change will be critically explored and students will analyze contemporary challenges facing organizations experiencing continuous change in a global economy.
