LOB 3003 - The Art & Science of Leadership

Leadership is sometimes mistakenly perceived as more of an art than a science. In this course, students will discover the science behind leadership and the art of putting it into practice. They will examine topics in psychology, sociology, and Christian anthropology that are pertinent to understanding leader and follower behaviors. Additionally, students will discover how effective leaders integrate leadership practices with insights from both scientific research and biblical principles to attain shared goals within organizational settings.
