Introduction

The School of Ministry (SOM) supports the mission of Palm Beach Atlantic University by training graduates for effective Christian ministry.  To this end, the professors stress rigorous biblical and theological study that is directly and immediately connected to a Christian worldview that promotes the practical fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matt. 28:19-20).

The mission of the School of Ministry is to prepare students with the knowledge, skills, and character for effective Christian ministry.

Degrees

• Master of Divinity (M.Div.)  
• Master of Divinity/Master of Business Administration Joint Degree (M.Div./MBA)  
• Master of Arts, Christian Studies (MACS)  
• Master of Arts, Christian Studies and Master of Science, Global Development Dual Degrees (MACS+GD)  
• Master of Divinity and Master of Science, Clinical Mental Health Counseling Dual Degrees (M.Div.+MSMHC)   
• Ph.D. in Practical Theology approved by SACSCOC and ATS to begin Fall 2021. To assist transfer students courses will begin in Summer 2020-2021 B term.
