Mission Statement
Master of Science, Educational Leadership program aims to provide a rigorous educational environment and supportive Christian community that leads to intellectual, spiritual and personal character development.
Service is a natural overflow of studying educational leadership at PBA’s School of Education and Behavioral Studies. The Master of Science, Educational Leadership is designed to prepare individuals to be successful as school administrators. Also, the Master of Science, Educational Leadership is intentionally focused on intellectually and spiritually preparing graduates to make an impact for God’s kingdom through their commitment to creating strong and safe learning environments for all students.
Admissions Requirements
(MS Educational Leadership has rolling admission. Candidates may enter the program in any sub term)
- Earn a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Achieve an undergraduate minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Submit:
- Online application and application fee
- Official transcript from college/university where bachelor’s degree was conferred
- Two confidential leadership recommendation forms
- Enrollment essays (written on site or submitted electronically)
- Resume
- Leadership sponsor commitment form
- Currently employed in a school or with a school district
- Minimum of two years teaching experience
- Interview with the admissions committee*
