The mission of the Graduate Programs in the School of Education and Behavioral Studies is to impact the world with highly skilled, Christ-like practitioners in the fields of Counseling, Educational Leadership, and Ethics and Organizational Behavior.  The school provides experiences that value scholarship, discipleship, servant-leadership, and stewardship within the framework of the highest level of moral and ethical accountability. Students work alongside of faculty members who are highly effective in their chosen content fields as well as in their Christian walk.  Throughout both programs, professional faculty-student relationships are encouraged resulting in life-long learning and friendships.
