The Bachelor of Science in Psychology (PSY) program is designed to educate students in the content and methods of various sub-specialty areas of scientific psychology and to critically evaluate them from a Christian perspective. The program’s goal is to present the secular and biblical aspects of psychology in an integrative manner.

Major in Psychology
120 Credit HoursGeneral Education Requirements - 45 Credit Hours
Note: Online course numbers begin with an ‘E’ such as ECIS. Required Foundational Courses - 12 Credit Hours
The following 4 courses should be taken in the first semester Humanities Courses- 9 Credit Hours
(students must take all three) Social Science Courses - 3 Credit Hours
(select one) Required General Education Courses - 21 Credit Hours
(All of the following courses must be taken) Required Psychology Major Courses - 29 Credit Hours
The major courses must be completed at PBA and must be completed in sequence. Elective Psychology Courses - 12 Credit Hours
(select four) General Electives - 34 Credit Hours
