The Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) specialization offers working professionals the opportunity to complete the courses necessary to become an effective preschool teacher, or to move into a leadership position in early childcare and management, in conjunction with earning a bachelor’s degree. This concentration does not fulfill the requirements for Head Start certification. EEDU 4394 will complete the classroom requirements for the Director’s Credentials.

EEDU 3234 - Model Programs in Early Childhood Curriculum 4 Credit Hours
EEDU 4374 - Teaching the Young Pre-Primary Exceptional Child 4 Credit Hours
EEDU 4384 - Classroom Management and Guidance for the Preschool Child 4 Credit Hours
