Organizational Management in Leadership, A.A. to M.S.

99 Credit Hours
The AA to Master’s program accelerates your earned Associate of Arts degree DIRECTLY to a Master of Science in Leadership.
Qualified AA graduates (minimum 3.0 GPA) will take the required PBA General Education courses during their first semester in the program. Students will then take all eleven courses required for the B.S. in Organizational Management (ORM) as well as MIN 4153 Christian Values & Biblical Faith . Students will then move directly into the Master of Science in Leadership (LDR) courses, bypassing any additional elective requirements.
Students must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA in order to remain in the AA to Master’s Program.
All courses must be taken in sequence. Please see the Sample Degree Plan at the bottom of the page for the proper course sequence.
