Program Learning Outcomes

- Students will exhibit business appropriate communication skills.
- Students will exhibit the ability to successfully perform in a group or team.
- Students will exhibit an understanding of elements, standards, and application of critical thinking.
- Students will exhibit business skills in the following areas: Technology, Research, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Global Business, Management, Business Law.
- Students will exhibit the ability to express a Christian Worldview as it relates to business practices.
General Education Requirements - 43 Credit Hours
International Business majors must meet the Baccalaureate Degree Requirements as set out in the General Education Program .
- Mathematics Requirement: Prospective business majors must complete MAT 1853 - College Algebra or higher with a grade of “C-” or better, and are highly encouraged to take this during their freshman year.
- Global Studies Requirement: BUI 3633 - Global Business fulfills the 3 credit hour Global Studies Requirement.
- Social Science Requirement: Rinker School of Business majors fulfill the 3 credit hour Social Science Requirement through major study ( and ).
Required Business Core - 45 Credit Hours
Required International Business Courses - 24 Credit Hours
