In conjunction with earning a bachelor’s degree, the Organizational Leadership (ORL) minor offers students the opportunity to complete the courses necessary to develop the leadership knowledge, tools, and confidence to lead themselves, others, and organizations. The minor - which can be obtained on-ground as well as online in the accelerated evening format - enables students to complete the minor as quickly as 2 semesters.

ORL 3013 - Group and Organizational Behavior
ORL 3143 - Organizational Management
ORL 3153 - Organizational Leadership
ORL 4213 - Biblical Leadership
Plus 2 additional ORL courses from the major
