Leadership Certificate

Location(s): West Palm Beach Campus (Day), PBA Online

Any PBA student may elect to earn a Leadership Certificate by completing the following three courses. The undergraduate Leadership Certificate is comprised of core leadership courses that integrate biblical principles with effective leadership practice. The certificate is a stand-alone program that can supplement and enhance any major and prepare students for leadership in multiple contexts. Students in the PBA Lead program are eligible to earn the Leadership Certificate.

Students not in the PBA Lead Program must complete a Change of Major form to designate the Leadership Certificate.

Program Learning Outcomes

  1. Formulate a personal and practical leadership framework grounded in a biblical, Christian worldview.
  2. Analyze the behavior of leaders, teams, and/or organizations using theories, models, and/or principles.

Required Courses (9 credits)

Course are offered on-ground in West Palm Beach and online.
