HHP 2002 - Weight Training2 Credit Hour(s) This course is designed to introduce students to the health and fitness benefits associated with weight training. Students will learn fundamental exercise techniques associated with weight training which will assist them in developing an individualized fitness program. Students will receive additional information pertaining to proper nutrition as it is related to weight training and the development of a healthy lifestyle.
