HON 1033 - Rhetorical Eloquence3 Credit Hour(s) A performance class in which students develop public speaking skills and explore rhetorical theory. Emphasis is placed on the role of rhetoric in the Christian/Western tradition. From a distinctively Christian perspective, this course contemplates the relationship between rhetoric and truth, the aims and tools of the ideal orator, and the role of persuasion in improving the community and the individual.
