EDU 2023 - Survey of Exceptionalities

Provides an overview of the exceptional learner which includes students with disabilities, cultural and linguistic differences, and those who are gifted and talented. The history of special education and its laws, etiology, identification, programming, instructional strategies for an inclusive learning environment, community resources, and family issues are discussed.
