BUS 5683 - Design and Development of Business Analytics Systems

Capstone course for the Business Analytics major. Applies a system approach to solving a major real-world industry problem spanning multiple business disciplines. Incorporates the spectrum of data analytics methods including data queries, mining, visualization, regression, time series forecasting, optimization and simulation using advanced software systems. Students will focus on applying these techniques in order to develop a business strategy resulting in actionable recommendations.
