EOB 5053 - Strategic Leadership and Planning

3 Credit Hours

This course offers a thorough understanding of strategic organizational leadership to explore strategic planning and implementation as a learning process and assist in identifying obstacles and challenges that inhibit the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. Students will explore how to build high performing organizations and create administrative stability while implementing strategic initiatives. Students will also investigate strengths and weaknesses related to contemporary strategic planning processes, concepts, and theory.
