EOB 5133 - Human Resource Development

3 Credit Hours

This course introduces current concepts and theories of human resource development. Students will explore how leaders can affect and influence development of organizational members and integrate these concepts to better understand how to improve individual and organizational performance in a competitive and ever-increasing technological and global marketplace that requires continuous adaptive learning by employees and organizational members. Theories related to self-directed learning will reinforce concepts of human development and performance.
