PAS 5931 - Surgical Principals

The course will discuss general surgical conditions and concepts in the management of the surgical patient. Students will learn about illnesses that require surgical intervention along with pre-, intra-, and post-operative care, and basic surgical skills and equipment. The course will be taught via lecture and problem-based learning discussion.
