PAS 6084 - Behavior/Mental Health Medicine

The month-long Behavioral/Mental Health Medicine Supervised Clinical Practice Experience (SCPE) will enable students to meet program expectations and acquire the competencies needed for clinical PA practice, relative to behavioral and mental health medicine, under the guidance and direction of a clinical preceptor. SCPE encounters will include patient care related to acute, chronic, and preventive behavioral and psychiatric medical needs associated with adolescent, adult, and elderly/geriatric patients.
