Engaging in civil discourse sometimes leads to serious differences of opinion. This course evaluates two alternatives to legal action, alternatives that can help resolve conflict. Using negotiation and mediation strategies can help society deal with hurt, racism, sexual harassment, and other claims that can result in legal proceedings or violence.
