NUR 4202 - Pediatric Nursing Theory2 Credit Hour(s) This course applies nursing theory and critical thinking to the care of children from birth through adolescence. Health promotion and optimal patient wellness are explored, with a focus on managing common pediatric health issues. Quality improvement concepts and the nursing process are utilized to develop culturally competent nursing actions that promote optimal wellness for pediatric patients.
