Through the development of leaders who make a positive difference where they serve, the MacArthur School of Leadership will be the preeminent school of leadership through innovation and academic excellence.

Our Mission

The mission of the MacArthur School is to TEACH with a Christian Spirit, TRANSFORM the lives of adult students, and FOSTER lifelong learning.

Our Purpose

Adult learners are provided an opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Science degree in Leadership within Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Christian liberal arts tradition. These programs are designed to meet the unique needs of working adults, with classes offered both online and on-ground in the evening. Additionally, it provides the opportunity to integrate academic knowledge with personal and professional experience through the development of critical thinking skills and the use of experiential learning. The school promotes the development of management and leadership skills and Christian values through the integration of faith and learning to enable the student to serve more effectively in the workplace, family, community, and multicultural environments. The faculty of the MacArthur School desires to teach with a Christian spirit, transform the lives of adult students and foster lifelong learning.
