Through coursework and practicum experience, students majoring in Educational Leadership will:
1. Apply competencies and skills of instructional leadership to positively impact student learning.
2. Describe the skills needed to promote leadership for organizational development.
3. Apply competencies and skills of systems leadership to promote success for all students.
4. Integrate spiritual and ethical leadership in school administration
