Aim and Outcomes
The Master of Divinity and Master of Science in Ethics and Organizational Behavior dual degree program (MDiv + EOB) is for students who wish to assume responsibilities as executive and administrative ministers for churches or para-church organizations. Program Length
Dual degrees allow students to complete two degrees simultaneously with fewer credit hours required than if completing those degrees separately. Dual-degree students can complete the dual-degree requirements in three years (12 credit hours each semester, in addition to Summer courses). At an accelerated pace, it is possible to complete the degree requirements in two and one half years (15 credit hours each semester, in addition to Summer courses). Admission
Dual-degree applicants must be accepted into each program independently. The admission requirements and process for each degree may be found in the relevant Admission section of the Graduate and Pharmacy Catalog.
Degree Requirements
All dual-degree students studying for the MDiv + EOB dual degrees (93 credit hours) will complete the specified MDiv and EOB courses. For the MDiv, dual-degree students will complete the integrated core (36 credit hours), MDiv ministry-training courses (15 credit hours), and biblical languages (12 credit hours). For the EOB, dual-degree students will complete 27 credit hours of specified courses. Dual-degree students will also complete 6 credit hours of EOB/MDiv integrative work.
