BUE 4523 - Entrepreneurial Management & Operations3 Credit Hour(s) Acquaints students with managing the operations of small business ventures including start-up planning and organizational development. This course will focus on developing the firm’s business plan, analyzing the firm’s inventory controls and human resource requirements, and the problems facing small business ventures in terms of controlling operations in a fast growth environment. The business plan will include detailed analysis of how the firm will be managed during start-up and long-term development.
