PLW 2003 - Introduction to Criminal Law

Students will be given an introduction to the purpose and sources of criminal law. Students will learn about the elements of a crime, the types of crimes, and common defenses. The students will also explore criminal procedure and the rights of the accused. Criminal punishments will be explored, with a special focus on the biblical perspective of justice.
